What are the big problems encountered in the promotion of refrigeration dehumidifiers?

For dehumidification equipment, different types of products correspond to different dehumidification environments. For example, refrigerated dehumidifiers are rarely used in applications where the dew point temperature is lower than 5°C and the relative humidity is lower than 30%RH. What is the reason for this?
The type of dehumidifier determines its application range to a certain extent, which has a lot to do with the environment and the characteristics of the equipment itself. If the dew point temperature is lower than five degrees, the temperature of the cold source in the dehumidifier will be lower than zero, which will easily cause the equipment to frost and not operate normally. However, compared with other dehumidifiers, the advantages of refrigerated dehumidifiers are also very obvious, including large dehumidification air volume, high dehumidification efficiency, and low operating costs. That is to say, if this problem is solved well, the refrigerating dehumidifier will be promoted on a larger scale.
After research, it is found that the low dew point temperature of freezing and dehumidification can reach -15℃, and the low relative humidity requires 5%RH; at the same time, ethylene glycol can be used as a cold source to improve the accuracy and reliability of the equipment. Since the multi-circuit system is used in the refrigerating dehumidifier, it is best to use the alternate natural dehumidification method, which will achieve better results.
