But there is one more thing to do before that, which is to conduct a system-wide inspection and treatment of the chiller to confirm the cause of the compressor burnout.
After the refrigeration compressor of the industrial chiller is burned out, the entire refrigerant system will be polluted. If the compressor is replaced directly without system-wide inspection and treatment, similar failures will occur soon. Therefore, the compressor must be replaced, but the inspection work should not be less before this. The inspection contents include the electric control system of the chiller, the setting value of the control panel, the refrigerant pipeline of the chiller, the coil resistance and so on.
And determine the cause of the failure according to the inspection results, then remove the burnt compressor and replace it with a new compressor, so that the industrial chiller can return to normal working condition.
