How to sew buttons
1. First, fix the needle and thread: sew a cross on the base fabric, and the thread will be firmly fixed.
2. Then put on the button, or nail the button according to the method of the cross, and loosen the needle and thread, do not nail it tightly.
3. The upper step loosens the thread, so now please gently pull up the button and wrap the needle around the pulled thread a few times.
4. After a few turns, pass the needle through the thread, and then tie it into the base fabric.
5. Through the above four steps, the button can not only be firmly fixed, but also has a certain height to be more flexible. To be more firm, repeat the above steps several times.
How to tie the button at the end
Make a small loop at the bottom of the thread, and use the tip of the needle to pick it into the loop (this time the needle still wearing thread), hold the loop with your fingernail and pull out the needle to make a knot just at the bottom of the garment.
The advantage of this knot is that it is tightly fixed to the fabric and will not come off due to repeated pulling of the button.
