Usually, the dehydrator has the following minor faults:
1. The dehydrator does not work
Maintenance method: first, use a multimeter to measure whether the dehydrator plug is in good contact with the socket; after ensuring that the dehydrator still does not work after power-on, rotate the timer for a certain time, and apply the brake Pull up and rotate the dehydration bucket manually. If the dehydrator rotates normally and runs well, it can be judged that the capacitor is damaged. This is just to replace a capacitor of the same specification.
2. After manually turning the dehydration bucket, it still does not work or works abnormally
Usually, there are the following 2 situations, we follow the actual comparison Just fix it.
1. The motor rotates but the rotation speed is slow
Cause: insufficient capacitor capacity or capacitor leakage, the motor dehydration bucket can not hold the spindle and the brake is too tight.
Solution: Ask the owner of the dehydrator if the dehydrator can run quickly before it breaks down; if it can, the capacitor is leaking, and the capacitor of the same type can be replaced at this time. If it can’t run fast before, you need to replace a capacitor with a larger capacity. If there is a problem with the main shaft, you need to fix the main shaft and the dehydration bucket. If the brake is a problem, you can adjust the iron plate attached to the brake.
2. Motor does not move
Cause:
1. Timer: detection and Solution: Rotate the timer to a certain position to observe whether the timer is normal. If it is not normal, you need to replace the timer. If it is normal, cover the cover of the dehydrator, find the two wires led by the timer, and use a multimeter to test the two. Whether the wire is on or not, if not, the timer has a problem, if it is on, the timer is normal.
2. Capacitor: The solution is the same as if the motor rotates but the rotation speed is slow.
3. Motor: detection and solution: use the ohm gear of a multimeter to detect the two windings of the motor, one test lead is connected to the common end of the winding, and the other is connected to the other ends of the winding respectively. If the disconnection occurs, the motor winding is disconnected. At this time, you can check whether there is an external problem with the motor. If so, just connect the wire. If not, you can only replace the motor.
