(2) For the vertical water dispenser, the stand-alone warm base unit and the vertical ice heat base unit: unscrew the nut behind the body to drain the water, and then screw it back after completion;

Put on the water purifier (if it is the original bottled water user of the vertical water dispenser, you must first unscrew the bottle flushing seat on the machine base, the bottle flushing seat It is dedicated to bottled water);
When the water in the water purifier is not full of the hot water tank of the water dispenser, do not turn on the heating switch for a long time, otherwise the hot water tank is installed with a protection switch. The thermostat will trip due to dry burning, and the power will be cut off. Turn on the hot water switch normally when there is water flowing out of the hot water faucet;

Clean the water dispenser regularly, The cleaning steps can refer to the operation of the water dispenser when it is newly installed, and detergent can be added appropriately for cleaning. The cleaning cycle is generally once every 1-2 months, and the longest time is no more than half a year;

When the water dispenser is not in use at night or for a long time, turn off the power switch to prevent the water dispenser from working repeatedly.
Three, troubleshooting methods for common faults of water dispenser
The common faults are: the heating lamp does not light up and does not heat. That is, drinking water while installing.
The machine was powered off due to lack of water. The elimination method is: on the premise of cutting off the power supply, open the rear panel, there are 2 thermostats on the side of the hot water tank, one of which is a thermostat with a switch to prevent dry burning, and push the switch inward with a screwdriver. Yes; after the switch is reset, check it with power on, the heating indicator lights up again, turn off the power, and screw on the rear panel.
There are 2 reasons for the water leakage of the newly installed machine
Reason (1): The float valve of the water purifier is not installed correctly, and the water tank of the water dispenser is full of water When the float valve fails to stop the water in the lower bucket of the water purifier from flowing down, it causes water leakage.
Remedy: Reinstall the float valve and test whether it works normally under the tap before placing it on the water dispenser.
Reason (2): The silicone tube in the water dispenser is loose due to transportation.
Remedy: Open the rear panel, observe directly or after adding water, observe where the water leaks from the interface. After finding out, use the new or original binding wire to sleeve the silicone tube on the interface. Dry the parts inside the water dispenser with a dry cloth after repairing;
Water seepage from the water dispenser faucet
Cause (1): Whether the handle of the water faucet is tightened .
Reason (2): Whether the handle of the faucet is twisted or not.
Exclusion method: Tighten the red or blue part of the faucet clockwise to make the faucet reset and tighten. Or unscrew it counterclockwise first, adjust the silicone tube and spring in the faucet by hand, and then re-screw the faucet; if it still does not work, the after-sales service personnel should come to the door to replace the handle of the faucet or open the rear panel to replace the entire faucet.
Cold and hot water temperature of the water dispenser
Cause (1): The water level in the machine base has exceeded the hot water outlet.
Remedy: Check whether the float valve of the water purifier is not installed properly. The water in the water tank of the water dispenser is full and covers the hot water ventilation holes on the side of the water tank of the water dispenser. The cold and hot water are connected together to cause the string temperature.
Solution: Reinstall the float valve.
Reason (2): The “one-way valve” on the connection pipe of the hot water tank in the base is faulty, the hot water flows back to the water tank, and the cold and hot water are connected together, causing the temperature to rise.
Solution: Replace the Check Valve.
