3. Unpacking inspection
In the case of the participation of the construction unit personnel, according to the packing list, check against the name, model and specification, and check The main installation dimensions of the water pump are in line with the engineering design; check whether the surface is damaged and rusted, whether there are any defective parts, whether the nozzle protection and blocking cover are in good condition; the anchor bolts of the pump are taken out and kept. Keep the quality certificate and instruction manual of the pump well, carefully make the inspection and acceptance record and sign it by the relevant personnel. The motor should have a nameplate, indicating the name of the manufacturer, the date of manufacture, the type, capacity, frequency, voltage, current, wiring method, speed, temperature rise, working method, insulation grade and other relevant technical data of the motor. The capacity, specification and model of the motor must meet the design requirements, complete with accessories and spare parts, and have the factory certificate and relevant technical documents. The auxiliary equipment for control, protection and starting of the motor should be matched with the motor, and there should be a nameplate indicating the manufacturer’s name, date of manufacture, specifications, models, and delivery certificates and other relevant technical information.
4. Foundation acceptance inspection
(1) The appearance inspection of the foundation shall be free of defects such as cracks, honeycombs, voids, and exposed ribs.
(2) The position and size of the foundation shall be re-measured according to the requirements of the construction drawings, and the allowable deviation shall comply with the provisions in Table 6.5-1. Pump base size and position allow deviation.
(3) After passing the basic review, make a record of acceptance inspection.
5. Inspection before installation
(1) The following inspections should be carried out before the motor is installed: the motor should be in good condition, and there should be no damage; The rotor should be light and fast, and there should be no jamming and abnormal noise; the stator and rotor of the motor should be shipped in separate boxes, and the iron core, rotor and journal should be complete and free of corrosion; the accessories and spare parts of the motor should be complete and free of damage.
(2) The following inspections should be carried out before the installation of the water pump: There should be no obvious jamming and abnormality in the movement of the pump shaft;
(2) Construction method
1. Dismantle to P601/6# units one by one starting from the original number. First, turn off the valve at the inlet and outlet of the pump, and cut off the passage between the pump set and the pipe network system. Disconnect the power supply of the unit to be dismantled in the power distribution room, and hang a conspicuous sign to prevent misoperation. Then remove the cables one by one, open the flange connection between the pump body and the pipeline, unfasten the anchor bolts, separate the coupling, and lift out the pump first and then the motor. When the water is cut off, install new water inlet and outlet main lines, so that the new pipeline can be effectively connected in parallel with the original pipeline. Ensure the normal operation of installation operations and production of fire-fighting water.
2. Release the base position line of the new unit on the ground and the original foundation, and chisel the ground where the foundation part needs to be added, and excavate the foundation. When excavating, try to protect the original steel bars as much as possible. Then hand it over to the civil construction unit for the pouring of the foundation concrete.
3. Foundation line: According to the construction drawing, according to the axis, use the ink line to pop out the pump installation center line on the foundation surface, and determine the installation elevation with a steel ruler according to the red triangle mark of the foundation.
4. Foundation surface treatment: shovel the pockmarked surface where the horn is placed on the foundation, so that the concrete poured during the secondary grouting is closely combined with the foundation. The standard for shovel hemp noodles is that there should be 5~6 small pits with a diameter of 10~20mm within 100cm. Clean the oil, gravel, mud, water, etc. on the foundation surface and in the holes of the anchor bolts.
5. The pump is transported in place: use road wood or wooden square to lay a flat channel to the pump room, and use the indoor crane to hoist the pump to the foundation part, so that the anchor bolt holes are connected to the foundation. The bolts face each other and fall down smoothly.
6. Align and level.
(1) Straighten the water pump, and hang the vertical line with a wire pendant at the center of the water inlet and the center of the axis of the pump, so that the line hammer tip and the center line of the foundation surface intersect.
(2) Two sets of shims are placed on both sides of each anchor bolt, and one set of shims are placed between the two bolts in the length direction of the pump. Use size 3 flat and diagonal shims.
(3) Use a steel ruler to measure the elevation of the center line of the water pump shaft, and the requirements are consistent with the design requirements to ensure that the water pump can work within the allowable water absorption height.
(4) Level the pump by adjusting the thickness of the pad iron, place the level on the pump shaft to measure its longitudinal level, and place the level on the pump outlet flange to measure its horizontal level.
2. Precautions for installation of fire water pumps
1. Before installation of fire water pumps, check the product qualification certificate and its The specifications, models and performance should be consistent with the design requirements, and should be installed according to the installation instructions;
2. Before the fire pump is installed, the concrete strength, vibration isolation device, coordinates, elevation, size and bolts of the pump foundation should be reviewed.
3. The installation of fire-fighting water pumps should comply with the current national standards “General Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering” GB50231 and “Code for Construction and Acceptance of Fan, Compressor, Pump Installation Engineering” GB50275 Relevant regulations;
4. Before installation of fire pumps, the distance between fire pumps and the distance between fire pumps and walls or other equipment should be reviewed, and the requirements for installation, operation and maintenance management should be met;

5. The control valve on the suction pipe of the fire pump should be installed after the fire pump is fixed on the foundation. Its diameter should not be smaller than the diameter of the suction port of the fire pump, and a control valve without a reliable locking device should not be used. , the control valve should be a ditch type or flange type valve;
6. When the fire pump and the fire pool are located on two independent foundations and are rigidly connected to each other, the suction pipe should be provided with a flexible Connecting pipe;
7. There should be no air pockets and air leakage on the horizontal pipe section of the suction pipe. When reducing the diameter of the connection, the eccentric reducing pipe fittings should be used and the pipe top should be flushed;
8. Muffler check valve, control valve and pressure gauge should be installed on the outlet pipe of the fire pump; A pressure gauge and a pressure switch should also be installed on the outlet pipe; a buffer device should be added when installing the pressure gauge. A cock should be installed between the pressure gauge and the buffer device; when there is no design requirement, the pressure gauge range should be 2 times—2, 5 times the working pressure of the system;
9. Vibration isolation of fire pumps The installation of the device and the flexible joint of the water inlet pipe should meet the design requirements, and there should be product instructions and installation and use instructions.
