A. Face forward, close your eyes, and bend your elbows, placing your fingers on your shoulders.
B. Inhale, lifting your elbows up while maintaining a tight face.
C. Exhale as you lower your elbows behind your back, turning them down. Repeat this sequence 10 times, followed by 10 times with forward elbow turns.
Action 2:
A. Tilt your head forward, breathing in, and turn your head to the right.
B. Turn your head to the ceiling, sink your shoulders, lift your chin, and hold your breath.
C. Exhale, turning your head clockwise, pausing, and completing a circle. Perform 3 clockwise turns and then 3 counterclockwise turns.
