1. In the process of using color inkjet cartridges (here refers to the same ink cartridges), pay attention to various colors such as red, yellow, blue, etc. Balanced use of tones, don’t just print pictures that emphasize one color, because as long as the ink cartridge is exhausted of one color, the inkjet cartridge cannot continue to be used even if the other colors are not exhausted. Generally speaking, the higher the resolution of the printed image, the more ink is used. Light colors consume less ink, and complex colors of bright red or blue require more than one basic color synthesis, thus consuming more ink.
2. Do not switch the printer on and off frequently, because many types of printers will perform a self-check program when they are turned on, which will consume ink. Try to collect the materials that need to be printed together and print together (but at the same time, be careful not to let the printer working continuously for a long time), which will also save ink.
3. If the print head of the integrated ink cartridge is dry and blocked, the following methods can be taken to improve it:
(1) Immerse the print head part (excluding the circuit board) in warm water for about 10 minutes -20 minutes, let warm water dissolve the dried dye (note: keep the board dry).
(2) Put the print head on some soft and dry paper towels, let the paper towels slowly absorb the residual moisture and ink from the nozzle, please do not wipe the print head vigorously. If the ink cartridge is to be used immediately, simply put it back in the correct position inside the printer. If you don’t need it temporarily, you can buy a special print head protection seat (clip) for proper storage. The rubber pad in the protection seat (clip) can block the air and keep the nozzles moist for a long time.
(3) Do not print again when the ink cartridge is short of ink. Printing will cause the printhead to burn (because it only uses the electrically-energized printhead to eject ink and borrow ink to dissipate heat).
Inkjet printer paper common faults and solutions
1. Problems with sticky paper
General The performance is that two or more sheets of paper are fed at a time, causing the printer to not eat normally and then stop.
This problem is generally caused by two reasons. One is that the paper is damp. This problem can be solved better. Just bake the paper and put it on the radiator or monitor, but it must not take time. too long. Second, most of the paper bought from the store is just taken out of the box, and it takes a long time to squeeze to form a whole, which is prone to this phenomenon. The solution is to hold the two ends of the paper with both hands and rub it back and forth before loading it into the printer, so that each piece of paper is active, so that one end of the paper forms a neat slope, so that the slope is put into the paper box, so that it will not. The sticking phenomenon occurs again.
2. Paper jam problem
Many times paper jams are caused by improper use. After a paper jam occurs, turn off the power of the printer first, and then decide whether to pull out the paper from the outside or the inside according to the situation of the paper jam. At this time, be very careful to prevent the paper from being left inside the printer.
In order to avoid paper jams in the printer, you should pay attention to the following aspects: Before printing, it is best to check whether there is a “Paper Size Selector” switch on the printer panel or paper input slot. , if there is, choose A4 or Letter according to the size of the media used, so that the paper will not be easily skewed and cause paper jams; the thickness of the paper should not be too thin or too thick; when adding paper to the paper slot, be sure to first Take out the original paper, align it with the newly added paper, and then put it back into the paper input slot, so as to prevent the printer from extracting multiple sheets of paper at one time and causing paper jams; whether the paper is scattered when adding paper This method is to prevent the paper from sticking together due to moisture or other factors, causing multiple sheets to be rolled up and jammed when feeding.
3. The problem of non-feeding paper
It is generally manifested as only hearing the rustling of the paper feed wheel, but the paper cannot be eaten, thus causing the computer to prompt the printer Printing stops when out of paper. I believe that many users encounter this kind of problem. I also encountered this phenomenon.
The main reason for this problem is that the room is too dry, and the drying of the paper will reduce the friction between the paper feed roller and the paper, so that the paper cannot be fed due to slippage. The only way to solve this problem is to increase the humidity of the room, but it must be mastered, otherwise it will cause the previous problem. In addition, special attention should be paid not to let the printer close to the radiator, nor to let the electric heater directly face the printer, especially the electric heater of the direct-fired quartz tube. It can also dry out the inkjet head, making it impossible to print.
