1. Where to adjust the pressure of the axial piston pump
When using a piston pump, it is necessary to know how to adjust the pressure of the piston pump. The pressure adjustment method is very simple: find the pump head of the plunger pump, you can see a hexagonal screw on it, and there is a nut to lock the hexagonal screw. At this time, it is necessary to loosen the nut in a clockwise direction, and then rotate the screw clockwise to increase the pressure of the plunger pump. On the contrary, rotating the screw counterclockwise can reduce the pressure of the plunger pump.
Generally speaking, the use of a plunger pump needs to be adjusted to the appropriate pressure according to the actual needs, that is, the output pressure will be as much pressure as needed under the corresponding flow rate. Generally, there will be a plunger pump on the nameplate of the plunger pump. the maximum working pressure, be careful not to set it too high.
II. Can the output pressure of the plunger pump be adjusted?
The pressure of the plunger pump is one of its important parameters, generally divided into working pressure and rated pressure. Pressure, working pressure refers to the output pressure of the pump, and its value depends on the external load. The rated pressure refers to the highest pressure recommended for continuous use according to the experimental results, which reflects the capacity of the pump (usually the pressure marked on the nameplate of the pump).
The pressure regulation of the plunger pump usually refers to the regulation of the rated pressure, and its output pressure cannot be adjusted. The plunger pump is a positive displacement pump, and the output pressure depends on the load pressure. It should be noted that if the flow rate changes, the output pressure of the pump will not change, and the output pressure is only determined by the load.
Three, what’s the matter with the abnormal output pressure of the plunger pump
There are generally two kinds of situations in which the output pressure of the plunger pump is abnormal:
1. The output pressure is too high
If the circuit load continues to rise, the pressure of the pump continues to rise, and the plunger pump can operate normally. If the circuit load is stabilized to a fixed value, and the pressure of the plunger pump exceeds the pressure value required by the load, check the hydraulic components other than the pump body, check the directional valve, pressure valve, transmission device and oil return pipeline. If the pressure is too high, the relief valve should be adjusted.
2. The output pressure is too low
When the plunger pump is in the self-priming state, if the oil inlet pipeline leaks or the hydraulic cylinder, single unit in the system When there is a large leakage in the directional valve, the reversing valve, etc., the pressure value will be reduced, and the air pressure will not rise. In such cases, the hydraulic system should be found in time for air leakage, and then the pressure can be increased by replacing or tightening the pressure parts. If it is found that the cylinder block of the hydraulic pump is deviated from the valve plate, causing a large amount of leakage and causing the cylinder block to break, the mating surface should be reground or the hydraulic pump should be replaced. When it is detected that the overflow valve is faulty or the adjustment pressure is low, the system pressure will not rise, so the pressure should be re-adjusted or the overflow valve should be repaired.
