The working principle and structure of the ventilation fan

Working principle

The ventilation methods of the ventilation fan are exhaust type and suction type , and use three types. The exhaust type enters the air from the natural air inlet and discharges the dirty air through the ventilation fan; the suction type sucks in fresh air through the ventilation fan, and discharges the dirty air from the natural exhaust port; the combined type is that the suction and exhaust are both completed by the ventilation fan. A type of air-conditioning appliance that is driven by a motor to rotate the fan blades to drive the airflow to exchange indoor and outdoor air. Also called ventilation fan. The purpose of ventilation is to remove the dirty air in the room and adjust the temperature, humidity and sensory effect. Ventilating fans are widely used in homes and public places.

Structure

Shutter ventilator is the most widely used ventilator, mainly composed of electric motor, fan blade, wind frame, panel, shutter and special pull switch and other auxiliary components. Motors generally use single-phase capacitors to run asynchronous motors. Shaded-pole motors are also used for ventilating fans under 150mm in size. The fan blades are generally injection-molded with ABS and AS plastics, which are light in weight and high in strength. The wind frame is usually made of sheet steel by stamping and spot welding, and it is also made of plastic injection molding. The panels are plastic injection moulded. Shutters are usually stamped and formed from sheet steel or tinplate.

The specifications of ventilation fans are divided into 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450 and 500mm according to the diameter of the fan blades.
