Solution:
① First, carefully cut the plastic at the root of the plug with scissors to expose the solder joints, and pull apart the headphone cable at the other end to expose four wires (enameled wires), the red wire is the right (R+) channel, and the green wire is the left channel (L+) channel, the two yellow wires are the common ground wire (G-).
②Then carefully solder the tinned wire end to the plug, it must not be “short-circuited”, the solder joint is relatively small, and the solder should be moderate; the soldering time should not be long, the solder joint of the plug and the solder joint They are separated by plastic, and it is easy to “short-circuit” after a long time of welding.
③Then carry out the test, and then implement the bandaging after confirmation. First wrap a few times with white medical tape, thick enough to fit into the soft sleeve. Be careful to bind the wire and header together.
④Then soak the tape with 502 glue to make it stronger. At this time, you can use a vise to clamp the tape wrapping flat. Then apply some 704 glue on it and plug it into the soft sleeve. It can be used after the glue dries.
2. Bose headphone shell is damaged and the sound port is blocked
Solution: For the damaged shell, you can remove the headphone shell and wash it with alcohol , After drying, use 502 glue to stick it well, and then install it after the glue is completely dry. It is recommended that you use 704 silica gel and fish bead all-purpose glue, and pay strict attention to the dosage.
3. Bose headphones into the iron powder
Solution:
①First, open the headphone shell, for the soft case headphones first remove the soft cover.
②Use sharp-tipped tweezers and other sharp tools to pick up the iron mesh and steel cover a little bit until the membrane is completely exposed. Hard shell earphones can be used to make a circle at the joint seam with a small flat-head screwdriver, and then the general can be easily opened, and finally the membrane is fully exposed.
③ Use a cotton swab dipped in water to dip the iron powder down, and then put it back as it was.
