We all know that the industrial chiller is composed of multiple devices, and these devices are connected in a specific way. As the key devices in the chiller, how about the condenser and the accumulator? connected together? This is the focus of our study today.
The connection between the condenser of the industrial chiller and the accumulator is nothing more than a pipe connection, but the pipes here are exquisite. Since the liquid from the condenser to the accumulator flows in by its own gravity, in order to ensure the smoothness of the whole process, the corresponding height must be maintained between the condenser and the accumulator, so that the connecting pipes will have corresponding heights. slope.
In addition to the pipeline, a valve for flow control is also required when connecting. Generally, it is installed at a position less than 200mm away from the lower outlet of the condenser to achieve the best control effect. There is another situation that needs to be considered. If the evaporator in the industrial chiller is located under the condenser or the accumulator, and there is no solenoid valve on the pipeline, the pipeline needs to be designed as an inverted “U”-shaped liquid. And the height is more than 2000mm.
