1. Warm cup

2. Water temperature
The temperature of the brewed water is very important. The recommended temperature is between 85 and 90 degrees. Bitter, you can try lowering the water temperature. Conversely, if it is too bland or too astringent, you can raise the water temperature, but the range should still be between 85 and 90 degrees.
