[Classification of heating systems] How to classify heating systems The main classification of indoor heating systems
How to classify heating systems
There are many different classification methods for heating systems, which can be divided into: hot water heating systems, steam heating systems, and hot air heating systems according to different heat media; Three types of central heating.
Classification of hot water heating system
1. According to the different classification of system cycle power
According to the difference of system cycle power, Hot water heating system can be divided into natural circulation system and mechanical circulation system. The system that circulates by the density difference of the fluid is called “natural circulation system”; the system that circulates by external mechanical (water pump) force is called “mechanical circulation system”.
2. According to the different ways of supplying and returning water
According to the different ways of supplying and returning water, the hot water heating system can be divided into single-pipe system and double-pipe system. In the hot water heating system of high-rise buildings, single-pipe and double-pipe hybrid systems are mostly used.
3. According to the different classification of pipe laying methods
According to the different pipe laying methods, the hot water heating system can be divided into vertical system and horizontal system.
4. According to the different classification of heat medium temperature
According to the difference of heat medium temperature, the hot water heating system can be divided into low temperature heating system (water supply temperature t<100℃) and high temperature heating system Heating system (water supply temperature t≥100℃). Each country has its own regulations on the boundaries of high-temperature water and low-temperature water. In my country, it is customary to think that hot water below or equal to 100°C is called “low temperature water”; water over 100°C is called “high temperature water”. Most of the indoor hot water heating systems use low-temperature water heating, and the designed supply and return water temperature is 95°C/70°C. High-temperature water heating should be used in the production workshop.
Classification of steam heating systems
According to the air supply pressure, steam heating systems are divided into two categories:
Thermal Centralized hot water supply system with steam as the heat medium, centralized hot water supply system with steam as the heat medium
The gauge pressure (pressure above atmospheric pressure) of the gas supply is equal to or lower than 70kPa, which belongs to the low-pressure steam heating system ; The gauge pressure of the air supply (the pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure) is higher than 70kPa, which belongs to the high-pressure steam heating system. When the air supply pressure is reduced, the saturation temperature of the steam is also reduced, the secondary gasification of the condensed water is less, the operation is more reliable, and the sanitary conditions are also improved. In civil buildings, the pressure of the steam heating system is also kept as low as possible.
