Fault 1: No heat

Trouble 2: Uneven baking
Causes and solutions:
(1) If one side of the bread has been baked browning, while the other side is still white, is caused by a set of disconnects in the heating element. At this time, the furnace shell should be disassembled and the electric heating elements or circuits on the side that cannot be baked should be checked.
(2) A new heating element next to an old element can also cause this failure, if the reflective surface inside the case is discolored, faded, or stained, or is covered with burnt particles, Slices of bread were also difficult to obtain evenly toasted. Therefore, the reflective surface in the shell should be cleaned carefully.
(3) If the components and housing are in good condition, and the humidity on the bread slices is uneven, uneven baking will also occur.
Failure 3: The frame cannot jump up
Reasons and solutions:
(1) The auxiliary heating wire of the thermostat is burnt broken and must be replaced.
(2) The contacts of the thermostat are fused and cannot be separated and need to be replaced.
(3) The lift spring is invalid or broken and needs to be replaced.
(4) The deformation of the connecting rod causes friction blocking, and the deformation should be corrected. If the function cannot be restored after calibration, it needs to be replaced.
