Every 1000 hours of operation of the submersible electric pump, the oil in the sealed chamber must be replaced, and the oil in the motor must be replaced every year. oil. For water-filled submersible pumps, the upper and lower end caps, the skeleton oil seals in the bearing chamber and the lithium-based lubricating oil need to be replaced regularly to ensure a good lubrication state.

For small submersible electric pumps with mechanical seals, the oiling screw holes in the sealing chamber must be opened frequently to fill up lubricating oil, so that the mechanical seals are in a good lubricating state and their working life is fully guaranteed.

2. Replace the sealing box in time

If it is found that there is a lot of water leaking into the electric pump (normal leakage is 0.1mL per hour), it should be Replace the sealing box in time, and measure the edge resistance value of the motor winding at the same time. If the edge resistance value is lower than 0.5MQ, it needs to be dried, and the method is the same as the drying treatment of the winding of the general motor. When replacing the sealing box, pay attention to the outer diameter and the integrity of the O-ring in the shaft hole, otherwise the water will leak into the submersible pump in large quantities and damage the motor winding.

3. Always measure the edge resistance value

Use a 500V or 1000V megger to measure the edge resistance value of the stator winding of the electric pump to the casing. Those above 1M12 (lower not less than 0.5Mi2) can be used, otherwise the winding repair or drying treatment should be carried out to ensure the safety of use.

4. Reasonable storage

When not in use for a long time, the WQ submersible sewage pump should not be immersed in water for a long time, and should be stored in a dry and ventilated room. The water-filled submersible pump should be cleaned first, and the sludge and debris should be removed before placing it in a ventilated and dry room. When storing the rubber cable of the submersible pump, avoid sunlight exposure, otherwise it will be easy to age, and the surface will have cracks. Serious consequences such as short circuit or zero resistance of the winding to ground.

5. Carry out anti-rust treatment on the surface of the submersible pump in time

After the submersible pump is used for a year, it should be painted in time according to the corrosion of the surface of the submersible pump Anti-rust treatment. The internal paint to prevent rust depends on the pump type and corrosion conditions. Under normal circumstances, when the interior is full of oil, it will not rust, and the interior does not need to be painted at this time.

6. The submersible pump should be maintained once a year (or a total of 2500 hours of operation)

The annual maintenance of the submersible pump includes: dismantling the motor of the pump, Clean all parts, remove scale and rust, check their integrity, repair or replace damaged parts in time; replace the lubricating oil in the sealing chamber and inside the motor; if the lubricating oil released from the sealing chamber is turbid and the water content exceeds 50mL , it is necessary to replace the integral sealing box or the dynamic and static sealing rings.

7. Air pressure test

After the overhauled electric pump or the replacement of the mechanical seal, the air pressure test of 0.2MPa should be used to check the fitting surface of each part. Check whether there is air leakage on the two covers of the O-ring seal and the mechanical seal. If there is air leakage, you must reassemble or replace the leaking parts. Then add N7 (or N10) mechanical oil to the sealed chamber and the inside of the motor, or use Nl5 mechanical oil, sewing machine oil, No. 10, No. 15, No. 25 transformer oil instead.
