1. The operator must be familiar with the basic structure, operation method and precautions of the diesel generator electric welding machine, and obtain the operation qualification certificate. The learner must operate the diesel generator electric welding machine under the guidance of a qualified master.
2. Operators should wear protective clothing, protective shoes, safety helmets, and prepare hand masks and welding gloves.
3. Check that all components of the electric welding machine are complete, intact, clean, firmly connected, and the oil level and oil quality meet the requirements. There are no flammable and explosive materials in the workplace, and the wind is weak.
4. Operation method:
⑴ Start the diesel engine.
① Start by hand: turn on the fuel switch; put the speed handle in the “RUN” position; slowly pull the starter handle until it stops, then slowly release it to retract the starter handle; press Decompression handle; quickly pull the starter handle until it stops, then slowly release it to retract the starter handle.
② Electric start: insert the switch key; put the speed handle in the “OFF” position; turn the switch key clockwise to the “RUN” position; release the hand after the diesel engine starts, and the switch key will automatically turn to the “RUN” position. “ON” bit.
⑵ Connect the cables, turn on the power, and start welding.
⑶ After welding, turn off the diesel engine, sort out and wipe related items, and clean the workplace.
5. Notes:
⑴ The welding current should not be too large.
⑵ It is forbidden to touch the rotating and hot parts of the diesel engine.
⑶ Only leave the workplace after confirming that there is no fire hazard. ⑷ The battery should be charged regularly and filled with distilled water.
⑸ The electric welding machine should be stored in a place that is dry, dust-free and away from direct sunlight.
The difference between gasoline power generation welding machine and diesel power generation welding machine
