(1) No heat:
No heat, indicating that the circuit of the quartz heater is not working. It should be carefully checked from the power fuse, check whether the power fuse is blown, and check whether the power plug of the electric heater is in poor contact. Check whether the power lead of the electric heater is open circuit, check whether the two ends of the quartz tube are loose or the quartz tube is open circuit, if there are temperature control components, overheat protection devices, and safety switches to prevent dumping, you should also check whether these components are open circuit.
For poor contact, use fine sandpaper to carefully sand it to make it a good contact. For circuit breakers, damaged parts can be reconnected or replaced. It is worth noting that when the electric heater is not placed properly, it may cause the dumping prevention safety switch to be disconnected. In this case, as long as the electric heater is placed horizontally, the dumping prevention safety switch can be restored to the normal closed state. .
(2) Non-uniform brightness of electric heating tubes:
The problem of non-uniform brightness of electric heating tubes occurs frequently in far-infrared electric heaters, and It is a problem that greatly affects the service life of components. From the point of view of use, improper use will sometimes cause uneven brightness, such as when a horizontal heater is used vertically, causing the heating wire to sag, or the heating wire of the vertical heater is improperly handled (such as removing the heating wire from the tube Pull out the middle for overhaul and then desensitize people, resulting in uneven density), excessive voltage caused by excessive temperature and sagging of the heating wire, etc. Once the brightness of the electric heater is uneven, it will accelerate the weighting due to the most concentrated heat in the brighter position and shorten the life.
How to overcome:
①It should be used correctly according to the requirements of the product manual, and cannot be used under the condition of exceeding the predetermined voltage, because overvoltage means overvoltage. The mechanical strength of any electrothermal alloy wire will decrease under ultra-high temperature conditions. For vertical electric heaters, the decrease in mechanical strength will cause the heating wire to sag, resulting in the occurrence of upper sulfur and lower density. When the electric heater is energized and heated, it can be moved arbitrarily or hit, which is also the cause of uneven sulfur density.
②Be sure to install it correctly after repair to ensure the original performance of the product.
For far-infrared quartz electric heaters, if the quartz tube has uneven brightness, that is, the problem of uneven density of sulfur in the heating wire, it is generally very difficult to correct it. Sometimes, if you think it must be corrected, you can pull out the heating wire from the quartz tube, carefully adjust its pitch evenly, or rewind it again, and then thread it into the tube, which can improve the problem of uneven density.
(3) The heat fluctuates:
The root cause of the fluctuating heat is the presence of bad contacts in the circuit, including sockets , The switch is loose, the lead connector of the heating wire is loose, and the Yuba heating wire itself has a fuse point that is suddenly connected and broken. For the newly used electric heater, if the heat fluctuates, in most cases, a certain fastening screw is not tightened during production and installation. If each fastening screw is tightened once, the fault point can generally be eliminated. Of course, in the power supply line, such as the power switch, fuse and other parts, if there is a problem of poor contact, it is also the reason for the heat to rise and fall. When encountering such a fault, you must actively find the fault point and cannot use it reluctantly. Because there is poor contact in the circuit, it will endanger the safety problem.
(4) The shell is overheated:
The far-infrared electric heater has a reflector, and the Yuba will effectively reflect the far-infrared light to the heated space If the reflector is not clean, its reflective ability will be reduced, so that more heat will remain in the heater, thereby increasing the temperature of the heater itself. Therefore, ensuring that the reflector is bright and clear is an effective method to reduce the temperature rise of the electric heater itself. In addition, it also has a certain relationship with the design and installation of the reflector.
For quartz heaters equipped with fans for air supply convection, if the air supply motor does not rotate, it will also cause the heater shell to overheat.
