How to make porridge with shrimp and vegetables in electric cooker
Ingredients
4-5 shrimps
rice Appropriate amount
a few carrots
a shiitake mushroom
2 pieces of baby cabbage
3-4 small cabbage
A little onion and ginger
A little cooking wine
How to do it
Cook porridge until the rice blooms.
Dice carrots, shiitake mushrooms, baby cabbage, and cabbage for later use.
Cut appropriate amount of onion and ginger.
After the rice is boiled, put the chopped onion ginger, carrot diced, mushroom diced into the pot and cook with the porridge. Don’t put baby cabbage and green cabbage first, the vegetables will change color and taste bad if you put them early.
While cooking the vegetable porridge in the previous step, peel the shrimp and remove the shrimp line, cut them into small pieces, and marinate them with a little cooking wine to remove the fishy smell. If you give it to a baby, you can also omit cooking wine.
Cook for about half an hour (it is related to the power of the electric stew pot, my small pot has low power, so I need to cook for a while), when the porridge is almost cooked, add baby cabbage and green vegetables, cook for 2 -3 minutes, then add the shrimp, and after the color changes, cook for another 2 minutes, and then unplug the power.
Add a little salt and stir well, you can also add some pepper, you can eat it in a bowl.
Tips
The shrimp has been cut into small pieces in advance, and put it at the end, it can keep fresh and tender, if it is put early, it will be too old good to eat.
