How to adjust the commercial electronic scale is not allowed
1. In the digital setting area on the right side of the electronic scale, press and hold the decimal point key for a few seconds, after the “CEntr” appears release.
2. Then press the “8” key, 75000 will appear in the single weight column. You can ignore this step and press the “accumulate” key to enter the next step.
3. The weight column shows: d1, and the single weight column shows: 2, which means the precision of this scale is 0.2g. Then press the “accumulate” key to enter the next step.
4. The weight value will appear at this time, and this step is more important. Enter as many weights as you have in your hand, remembering to reserve the number of decimal places. For example, if you have a weight of 5000g, you need to enter 50000, because there is still a 0 for the decimal point. If only 5000 is entered, only 5000 will be displayed after the calibration is completed, without a decimal point. After the input is complete, then press the “accumulate” key to enter the next step.
5. At this time, the weight column of the electronic scale will appear: LCP, and the single weight column will appear: OFF.
6. Then press the “accumulate” key to enter the next step. When the code appears, it can be ignored, then press “accumulate”
7. The weight column appears: CAL, the single weight column appears: 0, and the weight value appears in the total column. Prepare the weight, and then press the “accumulate” key to enter the next step.
8. Put on the weights and wait for a few seconds, the electronic scale will automatically calibrate. When the weight bar jumps and the weight of the weight appears, it means that the calibration is completed.
The principle of calibration of electronic scales
Electronic scales use the principle of sensor measurement. The resistance of the strain gauge changes, and under the action of the excitation voltage, an analog electrical signal proportional to the measured object is output to the AD circuit.
The AD circuit of the electronic weighing apparatus, which modulates, amplifies, filters, samples, and integrates the analog signal sent by the sensor, outputs a stable and efficient digital signal, and sends it to the central microprocessor (CPU), which is composed of The internal working program controlled by the CPU displays the weight value of the measured object through the display circuit.
The calibration of the weighing scale is based on the quality of the national standard value (legal weight), and the output digital code (BCD code) is consistent with the program calibration code compiled in the CPU’s internal program memory. Weighing calibration.
The analog weighing instrument is calibrated directly by the standard weight, which has low technical content and is easy to be faked (depending on the quality of the standard weight). The weighing calibration of the electronic weighing instrument requires standard weights, but also requires a calibration password. The calibration password is mastered by the weighing instrument manufacturer, and it is strictly confidential.
