External unit (hoistway) air supply air conditioning system: set up air conditioning units outside the elevator shaft or through the central air conditioning system of the building, and send the treated air into the elevator shaft through the air supply pipe, and then by the car. Advantages: mature technology, rapid cooling, saving energy consumption;
Disadvantages: increase the weight of the elevator car, the installation and maintenance are more complicated than other methods, and there is condensation.
(2) External unit (well) air supply air conditioning system
Advantages: simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance, no condensation.
Disadvantages: increase the number of duct tuyere, increase investment, large energy consumption, and the high-speed operation of the elevator is likely to cause abnormal fluctuations in the air pressure of the central air-conditioning system.
3. Selection of elevator air-conditioning system:
The car overhead air-conditioning system is the preferred air-conditioning system because of its mature and reliable technology and low investment. On the market, most projects use the car overhead air conditioning system. In addition, in view of the problem of condensed water, the current air conditioner for the top of the car has been treated by multiple atomization and evaporation of condensed water to achieve the goal of no drainage, thus solving the problem of condensed water.
4. Setting of the air-conditioning outlet in the car
The setting of the air-conditioning outlet and return air outlet in the car is mainly to avoid the generation of condensed water. and avoiding the formation of small air circulation in the car ceiling. In order to avoid the generation of condensed water, the air outlet made of wood or plastic is generally used, and the condensed water will basically not coalesce; in order to avoid the formation of a small air circulation in the car ceiling and affect the cooling effect, the air outlet and return air outlet can be increased.
