Method 1: Convert FLAC files in Windows and Mac OS X systems Convert to MP3 file
1Download MediaHuman’s Audio Converter. Open their homepage and download the installation file.
2 Install the audio converter.
3Open the audio converter.
4Click and drag one or more FLAC files into the conversion window. You can also click the + button to add files, which will pop up a new file selection window.
5Click the drop-down menu of the format and select MP3. It’s the only drop-down menu in the entire menu bar.

7 Convert audio. Click the Convert button to start converting FLAC files.
8 Locate the converted file. Clicking the location button next to the file will take you to the directory where the MP3 file is saved. The icon for the location button is a magnifying glass. This audio converter can also convert files to WMA, MP3, AAC, WAV, OFF, AIFF and Apple Lossless audio formats.
Method 2: Converting files in the GNOME interface for Linux
1Download and install the SoundConverter converter software. The address is http://soundconverter.org. It is free software under the GPL (GNU General Public License) license.
2Start the SoundConverter software.
3Click Preferences to open the Settings window.
4In the window, click Select to select a folder to save the converted MP3 files.
5In the output format, click the Format drop-down menu and select MP3(mp3).
6Select the audio quality of MP3. Click the Sound Quality drop-down menu and select the sound quality you want.
7 Load the FLAC file in SoundConverter. In the main window, click Add File, or Add Folder to add an entire folder of FLAC files. The files you selected will be added to the conversion list.
8 Click Convert. SoundConverter will start converting the FLAC files to MP3 files and place them in a folder of your choice. SoundConverter can convert audio to many different formats.
Method 3: Online FLAC to MP3 Converter

2 Upload the file. Click Upload file, or drag the file into the browser window. Up to 20 FLAC files can be uploaded at one time. The time required varies depending on the upload speed.
