How to use the toaster
1. Place the toaster on a flat, clean and fixed surface;

3. After selecting the degree of toasting, put the bread into the notch, press the “ON/OFF” function key, you can use any notch to bake a piece of bread;
4 . Once the selected baking level is reached, the bread will pop up automatically;
5. During the baking process, press the cancel button to stop baking;
6. If the bread is stuck, disconnect the power before removing the bread. (Never use metal objects to remove bread slices with power on).
Precautions for the use of toaster drivers
Before toasting, users should add 5cc of water from the water inlet above the front. At the same time as starting to bake, the toaster fills the oven with water vapor through the steam boiler, thereby forming a thin film of water on the surface of the bread. The effect of this is that after heating up and down, the surface of the bread is initially lightly toasted and the moisture inside is locked in. The heat is then continued, toasting the inside of the loaf and finally the surface with high heat. By adjusting the generation time of water vapor and the energization mode of the upper and lower heating tubes, and finely controlling the temperature in the furnace, you can bake toast with a sweet and delicious surface and a lot of moisture inside.
It is relatively expensive to go to a bakery to buy fresh bread abroad, so the general public, especially a large family, often buy bagged square slices of bread to eat at home. What should I do if the bread baked by the toaster driver is hard?
1. Operation problems.
A. When making sweet bread, whether the dough is kneaded properly, whether there is a smooth film on the surface, and whether it is stretchable and can be stretched into a film.
B. Whether the fermentation is correct, the bread will be hard if the fermentation is insufficient.
Over-fermented: The dough has more than tripled in volume and has a sour taste. When you press it with your finger, it collapses down, doesn’t spring back, and is very sticky.
Insufficient fermentation: the volume of the dough is less than 2 times, and the surface will spring back quickly when you press it with your fingers. There are not many bubbles in it.
2. Baking temperature problem.
When bread is overbaked, it loses moisture, has a darker exterior, and has a thicker skin.
Solution: You can bake toast with the hardness you like by adjusting the appropriate temperature.
3. The problem of formula.
Among the types of bread, toast is the softest. Next to sweet bread, because sweet bread contains a lot of sugar and oil. Generally, the water ratio of bread is 60% to 70%. Some breads have a large water content and are relatively soft. But bread with high water content is difficult to mix by hand, and it is also difficult to shape. Hand flour is required, and the ratio of hand flour will also affect whether the bread will be hard.
Solution: According to different types of toasters, make the ratio according to the standard amount.
