Option 1: Cancel a print job from the printer’s operation panel
When the Epson printer receives a print job, the power light will flash , enter the working state, at this time, press the “Stop/Clear” button in the inverted triangle shape of the printer to cancel the task, and the power light will return to the steady state.
Option 2: Log in to the Epson Connect user page to delete the task
1. Open the browser and enter the URL: www.rpt.epson. com.cn/user, enter the registered user name and password. (If you use Print Finder or Epson iPrint mobile APP to register, the remote email address of the printer is the user name, and the serial number of the machine is the password. The serial number can be viewed on the white nameplate on the back of the machine)
2. On the left Select the print log option under Remote Print in the side menu bar to cancel the print job.
