Introduction to Tax Control Printer

Logically, there is no direct data exchange between the tax control module and the printer. The main purpose of “Aerospace Information Tax Control Printer” is for those commercial POS users who use independent printers or users who use computers to issue invoices. When implementing tax control, the devices attached to the host can be concentrated for easy installation and management. Financial tax control cash register: that is, the bank and tax integrated tax control cash register, which is a combination of tax control cash register and bank card payment terminal (commonly known as financial POS). Different from the tax control printer, there is more information exchange between the tax control collection host and the internal bank payment terminal module. The development concept of the financial tax control cash register is to share a part of the hardware resources (mainly shell, display, power supply and printer) of the tax control cash register and the financial POS, so as to reduce the space occupied by the equipment and the use cost.
How to install a tax-controlled printer
1. Connect the printer to the host, turn on the power of the printer, and go to “Printer and Printer” through the “Control Panel” of the host. Fax” folder, right-click the blank space, and select the “Add Printer” command to open the Add Printer Wizard window. Select “A local printer attached to this computer” and tick the “Automatically detect and install a plug-and-play printer” checkbox.
2. At this time, the host will detect the new printer, and soon you will find the connected printer. Follow the prompts to insert the driver CD that came with the printer into the CD-ROM, and install the printer driver. After the program, the printer’s icon will appear in the “Printers and Faxes” folder.
3. Right-click the icon of the newly installed printer, select the “Sharing” command, open the printer’s properties dialog box, switch to the “Sharing” tab, select “Share this printer”, And fill in the name to be shared in the “Share name” input box, such as CompaqIJ, click the “OK” button to complete the sharing settings.
Why the tax control printer does not feed paper
1. Generally, it is caused by the failure of the paper sensor at the paper feed, and the paper sensor is usually mechanical The working method of pressure-sensing detection, when the paper is inserted, the detection piece will be pressed down, and the paper feed motor will start feeding after the paper feed motor is powered on. When the paper sensor fails, the position is shifted, or damaged, the failure of paper feeding may occur.
2. Touch or pull the detection piece of the sensor to check whether the feeding belt is working, and adjust the position of the sensor if necessary until the feeding function is normal.
3. If necessary, seek professional maintenance personnel for help. The maintenance cost will generally not exceed 30 yuan, and even if the sensor needs to be replaced, the price will not be too high.
