Step 1: Weigh all the ingredients. Install the kneading blade in the bread machine, then pour the milk into the bread bucket.
Step 2: Add the high-gluten flour gently into the bucket. Make a small well in the center of the flour.
Step 3: Pour the dry yeast into the well. Add the salt and soft sugar around the edges.
Step 4: Add the butter. Close the lid and start the machine.
Step 5: After the bread machine has run for about an hour and a half, the dough will be ready when the buzzer sounds.
Step 6: Remove the dough and divide it into 5 equal portions. Shape each portion into a small ball, cover with a damp cloth, and let rest for 10 minutes.
