The leather can be ironed after drying, and the ironing temperature should not be too high, generally controlled at 130℃-140℃. When ironing, it must be covered with a special leather ironing cloth or dry silk cloth, and no steam or water can be used. When ironing the seams of the garment, the pressure should be light, and the flat pressure should be slightly heavier. At the same time, keep moving the iron to make the leather surface smooth and bright.

The order of ironing is inner welt, collar, left and right sleeves, left and right front body, back body. Focus on shaping the bottom edge, cuffs, collar, pockets and flaps of the clothes.

Ironing shiny leather garments will affect the finish of the leather, so ironing leather garments should be done before varnishing and overdyeing. If you iron the leather that has been cared for, the leather surface will become sticky and burn marks will appear.
