Press the heating switch, the heating indicator light is on, the electric heating tube heats up, and the water in the hot tank heats up. When the water temperature reaches the set temperature, the contact of the thermostat is disconnected, the heating power is automatically cut off, the heating indicator light goes out, and the electric heating tube stops heating. Press the heating switch, the heating circuit is connected, the red heating indicator lights up, and the electric heating tube heats up. When the water temperature rises to the set temperature, the thermostat will be reset automatically, the power will be cut off, the red heating indicator will go out, and it will enter the heat preservation condition. After the power is cut off, the water temperature gradually drops. When it drops to the set temperature, the contact of the thermostat is closed, the power is turned on, the red heating indicator light is on, and the electric heating tube heats up again. In this cycle, the water temperature is controlled between 85-95 °C.

It is common that the heating belt inside the heating tank is damaged, and the heating tank needs to be replaced. There are many problems with the temperature controller. You can try shorting the temperature controller, and replace a temperature controller if it can be heated. If the heating tank cannot be heated, the heating tank should be replaced. You can also use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the heating tank and the temperature controller. If the needle does not deflect, it means that the heating tank heating belt is open circuit or the temperature controller is in poor contact.
