1. The red light is on.
2. Open the binder of the perfect binder.
3. Put the sorted text vertically and clamp it.
4. Adjust the pressure (according to the standard).
5. The amount of glue.
6. When the paper clip stops on the left side of the machine, put the cover on the flatbed, and align the middle seam with the indicator on the flatbed.
7. After the text is clamped by pressing the start button, release the paper clip to take out the text.
8. The amount of hot melt adhesive can not exceed the lower limit, otherwise there will be glue overflow.
9. Please keep heat dissipation when the binder is not in use. It can be activated when it is used again.
Precautions
It is forbidden to put paper in the heating, and it is forbidden to turn on the automatic button. You cannot turn on the machine to check whether the emergency stop button is pressed.
Second, the use of plastic binding machine common and fault solutions
1. The indicator light is off
First check whether the power supply is connected and after starting, check whether the glue pot is hot. If not, please check the circuit part.
2. Long heating time or no heating
Check whether the power supply is connected and the touch glue pot is hot. If the left and right temperature is uneven or there is no heat, it can be determined that there is a problem with the heating mechanism and the heating rod and other components need to be replaced. After the power is off, first open the safety protection shell of the glue pot, loosen the fixing screw of the heating rod, pull out the heating rod, and then replace the heating rod in the reverse order.
3. The glue pot cannot be pushed to check whether it reaches the working temperature.
Check whether the transmission mechanism has problems such as off-chain. There is a roller body mechanism in the inner direction of the glue pot to detect whether it can rotate normally. Whether the four rollers up and down can scroll normally.
4. One end of the binding spine is square and one end is round.
Check whether the hardcover/paperback conversion template is placed in accordance with the operating rules. Check whether the top wire of the extrusion template is loose. If it is loose, please remove the top wire Adjustment.
5. The book slides down when gluing
Remove the clamping mechanism. Remove the rubber pads on both sides, take out the clip, and add a gasket to the double-layer iron sheet to solve the problem.
6. The glue is biased
When there is no glue on one side of the back of the book, the level of the clamping mechanism needs to be adjusted. After turning the clamp table over, you can see that the clamp table is just pressed on a screw with a cap, loosen the nut of the pressed screw, tighten the screw inward, and adjust it until the glue can be completely brushed. When the glue cannot be brushed on the inside, adjust it in the opposite way as above. The adjustment of this part only requires a little adjustment at a time.
7. The position of applying glue is high or low
Open the side cover on both sides of the device in the power-off state. There are four screws connecting the device base and the gluing mechanism on the top, please go up or Debug down. Just fine-tune each time and then brush the glue to check whether it meets the standard.
8. What is the normal gluing position
When the glue roller is combined with the glue-receiving part of the spine, the paper can be stretched normally and the position of the pocket edge will not appear.
9. The pressure groove heating mechanism cannot work normally
First check whether the heating template and the heating mechanism can be combined normally. Use professional electrical measuring equipment to check whether the heating mechanism is energized normally and check whether the heating template can be energized normally.
10. The turning mechanism cannot turn normally
Detect whether the glue pot returns to the original starting position and open the left shell. Check whether the gear alignment is correct. Check whether the protruding shaft of the control turning handle is too large. If this is the case, use a file or other equipment to grind it.
