How to use the heat press machine
1. Pull up the direct pressure handle to fully open the heating plate. Plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on; Note: Due to the high power of the machine, the whole machine must have a suitable and reliable protective ground wire.
2. Temperature adjustment: press the “+” or “-” key to set the temperature, press the “+” key to increase the temperature setting, and press the “-” key to decrease the temperature setting value.
3. Adjust the left timer knob to the appropriate time to 10 seconds (the length of time depends on different materials).
4. When the temperature reaches the set value, the machine will automatically enter a constant temperature state.
5. Lay the transfer object such as clothes and it on the printing platform, then stack the pictures to be transferred, and press the pressure handle firmly; Note: The pressure should not be too large, otherwise it will cause pressure The handle is deformed! The pressure should be adjusted in advance.
6. When the time is up, the buzzer will sound, then lift the pressure handle up, take out the transfer object such as clothes, and tear off the bottom paper.
7. The temperature of the baked metal plate is generally 170-200℃, and the time is 20-40 seconds; the temperature of the porcelain plate is generally 200-220℃, and the time is 120-150 seconds; the temperature of the baked fabric is generally 200-220℃. Generally at 120-140 ℃, the time is 5-10 seconds.
Notes on the use of heat press machine
1. The whole machine must be protected by a suitable and reliable ground wire.
2. The heat-stamping effect needs the correct temperature, time and pressure to cooperate with each other. The thickness and material of the clothes and the type of heat-transfer paper can affect the heat-transfer effect.
3. When stacking the heat transfer paper, please pay attention to the front and back of the heat transfer paper.
Maintenance of heat press machine
1. Pressure: If the pressure is not enough or too high, adjust the pressure screw (located at the bottom of the aluminum plate), clockwise The direction is to increase the pressure, and the counterclockwise is to decrease the pressure.
2. Time: When the hot stamping time arrives and the buzzer does not ring or keeps ringing, it is necessary to check whether the contact point of the micro switch in the trunk is appropriate, if not, it must be adjusted to the appropriate location.
3. Temperature: Preheat for about 15 minutes. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the heating indicator will be off, and hot stamping can be started; if the heating plate does not heat up for a few minutes, please check the circuit.
