Before installation

2. When installing the air outlet, it should be noted that there should not be too many obstacles within 2.5-3M opposite the air outlet.

Installation

1. Stable installation: When installing the industrial exhaust fan, pay attention to the horizontal position of the fan and adjust it to the level of the industrial exhaust fan It is stable and level with the ground plane. The motor must not be tilted after installation.

2. When installing the industrial exhaust fan, the adjusting bolt of the motor should be in a position that is convenient for operation. Adjust the belt tension for ease of use.

3. When installing the industrial exhaust fan bracket, make sure that the bracket and the ground plane are level and stable, and if necessary, install angle iron next to the industrial exhaust fan for further reinforcement.

4. After the industrial exhaust fan is installed, check its surrounding tightness. If there is a gap, it can be sealed with a solar panel or glass glue.

After installation

1. After installation, check whether there are left tools and debris inside the industrial exhaust fan. Toggle the fan blade by hand or lever to check whether there is excessive tightening or rubbing, and whether there are any objects that hinder the rotation and no abnormality before trial operation.

2. If the industrial exhaust fan vibrates or the motor makes a “humming” abnormal sound or other abnormal phenomena during operation, it should be stopped for inspection, and then restarted for use after repairing.
