Installation method of LED fluorescent tube Cleaning tips for LED fluorescent tube
LED lights are new, but As long as the installation process is meticulous and careful, a successful product can be made. Here are some common senses about LED fluorescent tubes.
LED installation method
(1) Pay attention to the arrangement of the external wires of various devices to prevent wrong polarity installation. The device should not be too close to the heating element, and the operating conditions should not exceed its specified limits.
(2) Be sure not to install the LED with the pins deformed.
(3) When deciding to install in a hole, calculate the size and tolerance of the hole and the hole distance on the circuit board to avoid excessive pressure on the bracket.
(4) When installing the LED fluorescent tube, it is recommended to use the guide sleeve for positioning.
(5) Before the soldering temperature returns to normal, it is necessary to avoid any vibration or external force on the LED.
What should I pay attention to when cleaning the LED?
Special care must be taken when cleaning the gel with chemicals, because some chemicals Damage to the colloid surface and cause discoloration such as trichloroethylene, acetone, etc. It can be wiped and impregnated with ethanol, and the time should not exceed 3 minutes at room temperature.
LED proper working and storage temperature:
(1) LED LAMPS light-emitting diode Topr-25℃~85℃, Tstg-40℃~100 ℃
(2) LED DISPLAYS Display Topr-20℃~70℃, Tstg-20℃~85℃
(3) OUT-DOOR LED LAMPS Pixel Tube Topr-20℃ ~60℃, Tstg-20℃~70℃
LED product application common sense and LED performance testing are as follows:
(1) Soldering iron welding: Soldering iron ( Maximum 30W) tip temperature does not exceed 300 ℃; welding time does not exceed 3 seconds; the welding position is at least 2 mm away from the colloid.
(2) Dip soldering: the maximum temperature for dip soldering is 260°C; the dip soldering time does not exceed 5 seconds; the dip soldering position is at least 2 mm away from the colloid.
Pin forming method:
(1) The bracket must be bent 2 mm away from the colloid.
(2) The forming of the stent must be done with a jig or by a professional.
(3) The bracket forming must be completed before welding.
(4) The forming of the bracket shall ensure that the pins and spacing are consistent with the circuit board.
