1. Before installing the kitchen exhaust fan, carefully check whether the machine is intact or not. Whether the fastener bolts are loose or dropped, whether the impeller is bumped, and carefully check whether the fan blade or louver is deformed or damaged during transportation.
2. When selecting the air outlet environment, it should be noted that there should not be too many obstacles within 2.5-3m opposite the air outlet.
Installation steps of kitchen ventilation fan
1. Install smoothly. When installing the ventilation fan in the kitchen, pay attention to the horizontal orientation of the fan, and adjust the level of the fan to be consistent with the ground plane. After the ventilation fan is installed, there should be no skew appearance.
2. When installing the kitchen ventilating fan, the adjusting bolts of the motor should be in a position that is convenient for operation, so as to adjust the tension of the ventilating fan belt during use.
3. When installing the kitchen ventilation fan bracket, make sure that the bracket is level with the ground plane, and if necessary, install angle iron beside the ventilation fan for further reinforcement.
4. After the fan is installed, check the airtightness around it. If there is an open space, it can be sealed with a solar panel or glass glue.
