At the same time, before installation, take out the integrated ceiling electrical products, plug in the power supply, and check whether the electrical appliances are running normally.
Step 2: Confirm the exact host installation position according to the design drawings
First, insert one side of the circlip into the installation length of the box. Align the round hole on the square hole circlip with the round hole on the electrical box, insert and lock it with a 3*6 machine screw. Next, put the box with the circlips on the keel, and press the opening grooves of the four circlips in sequence with the triangular keel, and buckle on the triangular keel from top to bottom. According to the installation position of the electrical appliance, the electrical box can be adjusted. Adjust the position along the keel so that the electrical box is firmly locked on the triangular keel.
Step 3: Power cable connection
Each host has a corresponding junction box, open the junction box, and press the wiring label according to the corresponding function Connect, L is the function line, N is the zero line, and the two-color line is the grounding line, install the switch, and conduct a power-on test. After the functions of the host are running normally, buckle the electrical panel and cover the junction box after meeting the requirements.

Installation self-test
First of all, we need to check whether the angle line installation is visually level well, and we need to achieve a 90-degree angle No gaps, no obvious distortion. Then observe the overall flatness of the gusset plate and whether the gap between the gusset plates is good visually.
The next thing to check is the strength of the lead screw. We can remove a few gussets, check whether the distance between the screw rods meets the installation standard, and then pull the screw rods a few times with appropriate tension by hand to confirm whether there is any looseness.
Then check the number of electrical installations. We can try to push the electrical body with normal force by hand to see if the electrical appliance will fall off the triangular keel.
The last thing to test is whether the electrical functions are functioning properly. We can turn on the switch to observe whether the electrical appliances are working normally; whether the position of the exhaust fan and the heating electrical module is reasonable; when the ventilation fan or LED panel light module is turned on, whether the sound is normal, and there should be no obvious noise.
