Simple analysis of the design principles of each pipeline in the chiller

The entire industrial chiller system consists of many components. In addition to those main components and accessories, there are also indispensable pipes. The role of the pipeline is to connect the various devices in the chiller, so are there any requirements that need to be followed when selecting it?
There are many pipes in the chiller, and the standards to be met by different pipes are also different. For example, the pressure drop of the exhaust pipe will directly affect the power loss of the equipment. The pressure drop in the exhaust pipe should be controlled within a certain range. In addition to considering the pressure drop, the oil-carrying speed must also be considered.
There is also a pipeline that is specially used from the chiller liquid reservoir to the inlet of the thermal expansion valve. We call it a high-pressure liquid pipeline. In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, the pressure drop of the high-pressure liquid pipeline is usually reduced. The control is equivalent to 0.5C of saturation difference. In addition, there are also part of the liquid leakage pipeline in the chiller, which refers to the liquid pipeline from the condenser to the liquid reservoir. The principle of this part of the design is to obtain sufficient gas phase balance.
