1. The electric control box cover of the stand-alone dust collector should not be opened at will during work. If you need to adjust the cleaning time or check the circuit, you should cut off the power after the machine is stopped and work.

2. According to the nature and capacity of the dust, the single-machine dust collector should be vibrated regularly to remove the dust. Generally, it should be vibrated three to four times per shift to ensure the normal operation of the dust collector.

3. The single-machine dust collector should regularly remove dust according to actual needs. When the dust in the dust collector is removed, it is only necessary to open the sealed dust outlet door and draw out the drawer when the fan and dust cleaning mechanism are stopped. That’s it.

4. In order to ensure that the dust removal equipment is in the best working condition, it should be as close as possible to the source of dust, generally 1.5m to 2.0m is the best, the connecting pipe should be as short as possible, and the elbow should be minimized to avoid increasing resistance loss.
