The chiller is equipped with a series of cracked valves. To ensure the normal operation of the equipment, the control and adjustment of the valve is also an important link. Take the expansion valve of the chiller as an example. How to adjust it correctly?
The expansion valve of the chiller needs to perform automatic adjustment within a certain working condition range, and it needs to be adjusted with the equipment during the debugging of the refrigeration equipment, so that when the expansion valve enters the state, the automatic adjustment can be realized. When adjusting the refrigeration equipment, the adjustment direction and range of the expansion valve can be determined by the level of the evaporation pressure value. For example, when the appropriate evaporating pressure is higher than the set value, the expansion valve should be adjusted appropriately; otherwise, the expansion valve should be adjusted appropriately.
The whole adjustment process can be completed in two steps. It is coarse adjustment at the beginning of operation, and the adjustment rod can be rotated about one circle for each adjustment; /2~1/4 circle is enough. After the expansion valve is adjusted, its operation should be observed, and the direction of the next adjustment should be determined.
