Pay attention to the use and maintenance of refrigerated display cabinets in convenience stores when using multi-door vertical freezers
1. Before turning on the power switch, be sure to check whether the freezer is placed stably, Whether there are conductive foreign objects in the wiring ports of the vertical cabinet, etc.;
2. The temperature set in the vertical cabinet is too high or too low, which is not good for it, and also wastes electricity. Therefore, the temperature of the vertical cabinet has been set in the optimal range of 4~10 °C when it leaves the factory. If the temperature setting is too low, the vertical cabinet will continue to run, so that the power will increase sharply and the service life will be shortened. Generally, the thermostat is locked when it leaves the factory and does not need to be adjusted.
3. The beverages placed in the cabinet should not be too tight, and there should be no gaps to insert them, which will directly affect the circulation of air-conditioning, resulting in uneven distribution of air-conditioning in the box and poor cooling effect. The beverages placed on the top floor of the vertical cabinet should be more than 5 cm away from the circulating fan to improve the circulation efficiency of the air-conditioning. The goods in the cabinet should be stored and withdrawn quickly. In order to prevent excessive loss of cold air, we should not install fans and other equipment with large air flow around the cabinet, otherwise the cold air will be blown away when the door is opened, which will also increase power consumption. In addition, we will put the slogan “Select the product before opening” on the door to minimize the opening time.
4. When the cabinet is running, it is normal for the compressor to run and the fan to rotate.
First, because the multi-door cabinet has a large cooling capacity, so When the air volume of the cooling fan is large, there will be obvious wind noise;
Second, there are suction valve and exhaust valve inside the compressor. A vibrating sound will be emitted. At the same time, the valve plate is constantly colliding with the relevant parts, and there will be a buzzing sound.
Third, when the compressor is manufactured, there must be a gap between the parts. When the cabinet is running, the existence of the gap causes some parts to collide, especially when the compressor is switched on and off. The force of the refrigerator changes greatly, and the sound is louder than usual, or it shakes when starting and stopping. This is normal, especially if the compressor of our freezer is relatively large, this phenomenon is more common.
5. After two or three years of standing cabinets in some stores, the door seal is not tightly closed. The main reason for this phenomenon is that the door seal is deformed or the magnetism disappears. If it is because the door seal is deformed , we can use a hair dryer (power 300 W) to blow and bake the concave part of the deformation, so that it can be softened by heat, so that it can return to its original shape and eliminate the gap.
6. Note that the power of the hair dryer should not be too large, the hot spots should not be too concentrated, and the blowing port should not be too close to the rubber strip, otherwise, the rubber strip will be damaged.
7. In addition, place a thin sponge on the concave place of the rubber strip, which can also eliminate the gap. If the above correction is invalid, it means that the magnetism of the door seal has disappeared, and it should be replaced with a new one.
