1. What is the use of the circulating water pump
The function of the circulating water pump is to provide power for the water circulation, continuously raise the water to a high place, and ensure that the water can be set according to the setting The flow circulates in the system. Circulating water pumps are mostly used in heating and air-conditioning water systems. For example, installing the circulating water pump on the return pipe of the heating system can increase the indoor temperature by improving the circulation of hot water.
Second, whether the circulating water pump is an axial flow pump or a centrifugal pump
The circulating water pump is also called a centrifugal circulating water pump. The circulating pump includes single-stage circulating pump, multi-stage circulating pump, single-stage double-suction centrifugal circulating pump, etc. The pump shaft rotates, and the internal water flow is discharged in a centrifugal form. The basic structure of the circulating water pump consists of an impeller, a pump body, a pump cover, a water retaining ring and a pump shaft. Bearing, sealing ring, stuffing box and axial force balance device are composed of eight parts. The circulating water pump works by the rotation of the impeller, which makes the water produce centrifugal motion.
Three, the structure and function of the circulating water pump
1. The impeller is the core component of the circulating water pump, and the circulating water pump has a high rotation speed and a large output force.
2. The pump body is also called the pump casing, which is the main body of the circulating water pump. It plays the role of supporting and fixing, and is connected with the bracket to install the bearing.
3. The function of the pump shaft is to connect the motor with the coupling to transmit the torque of the motor to the impeller, so it is the main part of transmitting mechanical energy.
4. The stuffing box is mainly made of packing, which can prevent the water in the pump from flowing to the outside and the outside air from entering the pump. Always maintain the vacuum in the circulating water pump, when the pump shaft rubs against the gasket to generate heat, water must be injected into the gasket ring through the water sealing pipe to cool the gasket.
5. Axial force balance device. During the operation of the circulating water pump, since the liquid enters the impeller under low pressure and flows out under high pressure, the pressures on both sides of the impeller are not equal, and an axial thrust toward the inlet direction is generated. This will cause the rotor to move axially, causing wear and vibration. Therefore, an axial thrust bearing should be installed to balance the axial force.
