What is the reason for the hairball trimmer not turning?
1. The battery fails and cannot be charged.
2. The rotor of the motor is stuck.
3. If the knife net is damaged or deformed, the inner knife head will not rotate.
4. The circuit board or components are faulty.
5. There are three possible reasons for the failure of charging:
a. The charger is broken and the output terminal of the charger has no normal voltage output. Detection method: Adjust the knob of the multimeter to the DC voltage gear. When the charger is connected to the mains socket, the red test pen touches the output positive pole, and the black test pen touches the output negative pole to see if there is normal voltage output. If there is no output, the charger is damaged.
b. The charging cable is disconnected. The charging cable is disconnected, so that the voltage output by the charger cannot reach the battery. Detection method: If the output voltage of the charger is normal, but there is no output voltage at the other end of the connecting line, it means that the connecting line is broken.
c. Battery aging The battery is aging or damaged, making it impossible to charge. Detection method: If the battery is bulging, and the heat is serious during charging; when the battery is fully charged, the power consumption is fast, indicating that the battery is aging.
What should I do if the hairball trimmer doesn’t turn?
1. Replace the battery with a new one.
2. Check the motor, if it is found that the hair is stuck, it should be cleaned, and some lubricating oil should be added.
3. Replace the knife net with a new one.
4. If you have electrical knowledge, you can disassemble the circuit board for fault inspection and maintenance.
5. Check if there is any problem with the charger connector. If it is damaged, please replace it with a new one.
