Step 1. In the shutdown state, open the front cover, take out the toner cartridge, separate the drum frame and the toner cartridge, there is a cover of the toner cartridge on the right side of the toner cartridge. Use needle-nose pliers to open the cover and pour out the waste toner inside, and pour the matching powder into the toner container and close the cover. Adding powder is successful;
Step 2, on the left side of the toner box There is a clip, remove the three screws on the left side of the powder box, rotate the clip to the other side, and restore the screws on the left side of the powder box, the powder box will be cleared successfully.
For the second reason: (The drum rack is reset, and the drum rack is replaced.)
Step 1: After power on In the state, open the front cover, press the ?Clear/Return? button, the screen displays “Replace toner cartridge? ▲Yes ▼No”, after pressing ▲ (corresponding to the + key) on the panel, the screen prompts “Accepted”, close the front The cover machine enters the ready state after preheating. At this time, the drum rack is cleared successfully.
Step 2: If the message “Toner Cartridge Error…” is still displayed on the screen at this time, it is recommended to replace the toner cartridge and repeat the operation of “Step 1”. problem can be solved.
