Safety operation rules for high pressure pump
1. Check whether the oil tank of the reducer, the oil level of the high pressure pump and the water level of the emulsion tank are at the specified oil level and water level.
2. Check whether the safety valve, pressure gauge, electric contact pressure gauge, water level gauge and liquid level indicator are sensitive and correct; the pressure gauge and safety valve are checked once a year, and the safety valve is regularly tested for exhaust , to prevent the valve core from sticking and the valve hole being blocked.
3. Check whether all parts of the pump, valves, solenoid valves, pipes, etc. are in good condition. There should be no water leakage, air leakage, or oil leakage. Check whether the electrical zero (ground) line is firm and reliable, and stop the pump for a week. In the above, it is necessary to measure whether the insulation of the main motor is good; check whether the contact signal with the hydraulic press is correct and reliable.
4. The sequence of starting the pump:
(1) Check whether the water pump to be started, the water (gas) tank and the valves on the pipeline, the suction valve and the circulating gate valve are all in Open position, open the air release valve of the pump head of the high-pressure pump and the cooling water valve of the lubricating oil pump;
(2) Start the lubricating oil pump, run it for 1-2 minutes, the oil pressure is 0.15-0.2 MPa, wait for it After the lubricating oil indicator light shows normal, start the main motor of the high-pressure pump;
(3) When the air in the pump head is exhausted, close the exhaust valve immediately;
(4) The high-pressure pump After the operation is normal, turn on the power supply of the electromagnet of the circulation valve, plug in the pressure power plug, and when the water level rises to above level 4, turn on the solenoid switch of the minimum liquid level valve, and when the water level rises to level 7 (according to the design of the pump room, it can also be Send out a “can work” signal in advance) to send a “can work” signal to the hydraulic press, and the hydraulic press starts to work.
5. When opening and closing the valve, stand on the side of the valve stem and rotate slowly.
6. Do not leave the work post when working, closely monitor whether the control instrument and water level indicator are normal, if there is a false water level, take immediate measures, and check all the equipment every 10 to 15 minutes. , Record the operating conditions every hour, the oil temperature and bearing temperature shall not exceed 50℃, the emulsion temperature shall not exceed 60℃, the cooling water temperature shall not exceed 40℃, and the motor temperature shall not exceed the rated temperature rise.
7. If overpressure is found, immediately unplug the pressure plug and cut off the main power supply. After the water level drops to normal, inform the hydraulic press to stop working. After the repair is restored to normal, the work can continue.
8. Use soapy water to check whether the water (gas) tank, gas valve, and gas pipe are leaking. To thaw, do not use open flames.
9. When the following situations are found, press the “emergency stop” button to immediately stop and cut off the relevant valves that need to be closed, and send an “emergency stop” signal to the hydraulic press.
(1) In case of overpressure and overtemperature, and the measures cannot be lowered;
(2) When there is abnormal sound or vibration;
(3) When the pressure gauge, electrical contact pressure gauge, and liquid level indicator display incorrectly or fail;
(4) When a serious water leak occurs suddenly and cannot be blocked;
( 5) When the solenoid valve control fails and does not work.
10. Sequence of stopping the pump:
(1) After receiving the “request to stop” signal from the hydraulic press, immediately send back the “can stop” signal to the hydraulic press;
(2) Replenish the water level of the water storage tank to above level 7;
(3) Pull out the pressure plug and cut off the power supply of the electromagnet of the minimum liquid level valve;
(4) Cut off the power supply of the water pump, and do not stop the pump with load;
(5) After the high-pressure pump stops running, cut off the power supply of the lubricating oil pump and close the lubricating oil cooling water valve.
11. When inflating the water (air) tank, the operation of the high-pressure pump should be stopped, and the “Safety Operation Regulations for High-Pressure Air Compressor” should be observed when inflating.
12. It is not allowed to knock on equipment, containers, pipes, valves, etc. under pressure. When dismantling, overhauling and adjusting, the work must be done after the pressure is relieved and the power supply is cut off.
