Continuous ink cartridge exhaust method 1
Preparation tools: a syringe with a needle, preferably a large size, clear tape, toilet paper, scissors, clean small A container for holding ink.
Specific steps:
The first step, take out the small ink cartridge from the printer
The second step, use scissors to cut a piece of tape the size of the ink cartridge nozzle. Wipe the print head of the ink cartridge with toilet paper, and stick the cut tape to the position of the print head to make sure that the print head is all stuck, and no air is introduced.
The third step is to add about 50ml of ink to the empty continuous ink supply tank, and then withdraw the syringe to the end. There should be no air in the syringe. Insert the needle into the rubber stopper of the large ink tank. Okay, in order to prevent too much ink from being drawn out when the air is continuously supplied.
The fourth step, explain, now the nozzle of the ink cartridge is sealed with tape, and even the rubber plugs of the ink supply tank are all plugged, the syringe is pushed to the end, the needle penetrates the rubber plug a little, and the entire continuous supply system is inside. In a closed state, and then use the syringe to pull out, you can find that the ink in the supply line is backflow, so that the air is also drawn into the large ink tank and the syringe with the backflow. When you pull it out, you will find that the ink will flow into the ink cartridge automatically. There may be ink in the syringe. Store it in a small container first. If there is too much air, it can be pumped several times. This is the method of vacuuming to form a negative pressure in the ink cartridge , the ink will be sucked in automatically.
The fifth step, tear off the tape on the nozzle of the ink cartridge, wipe it with toilet paper, put it into the printer, clean the battlefield, and then print, to be on the safe side, do deep cleaning three to five times before printing, and the printing is successful , backfill the extra ink to the ink tank. If there is air in the supply line, it means that there is an air leakage point in the supply line. First deal with the air leakage point and seal it, and then press the above operation. .
I wish everyone success in the operation. I feel that this is the correct method. Many people on the Internet say that a syringe is used to press the air into the ink cartridge. This is unscientific and may cause the expansion of the air leakage point, and the continuous supply will be directly discarded.
Continuous Supply Cartridge Exhaust Precautions
First, check whether the continuous supply system has air leakage caused by air leakage. Make sure there is no air leakage. point.
Second, make sure the tape completely seals the ink cartridge nozzles.
Third, the ink tank should not add too much ink, 50ml, it will be troublesome later.
Fourth, remember to tear off the tape on the nozzle of the ink cartridge after pumping the air.
Fifth, do three to five deep cleanings after the installation is complete.
The second method of exhausting the air from the continuous supply of ink cartridges
Step 1: Take out the ink cartridges from the printer, and take out the whole set of continuous supply together with the ink bottles. Place it on the same level, then turn the ink cartridge over so that the ink outlet is facing upwards, and then slightly raise the end of the ink outlet of the ink cartridge with an object, that is, the ink tank of the ink cartridge is on the bottom and the sponge tank is on the top. Note that there is enough ink in the ink bottle at this time.
Step 2: Here is an example of filling and venting the blue ink cartridge, unplug the filter of the air hole of the blue ink bottle, find a medical 20-30 ml syringe, pull out the needle, pull Lift the piston, then insert the syringe outlet into the air hole of the ink bottle, the purpose is to pump air from the air hole later.
Step 3: Find another 20-30 ml syringe for medical use. The needle does not need to be pulled out and the piston does not need to be pulled up. Then put the needle on the sponge of the ink outlet of the blue ink cartridge. It is the ink that will be pumped out from the ink outlet nozzle later.
Step 4: The above three steps are preparatory work. This step officially begins to exhaust and fill the ink. At this time, it is best for the novice to have two people to cooperate. One person slowly pushes the syringe on the ink bottle first. The piston is pumped into the air hole. At this time, you will see that the blank pipeline is quickly filled with ink, and the ink injected into the ink tank of the ink cartridge gradually rises. At this time, the air will be discharged from the ink outlet of the ink cartridge, and many ink bubbles will be entrained. The other person quickly used a syringe to remove the ink bubbles that flowed out, do not let the ink flow out and wet the ink cartridge chip below.
In this way, until the ink tank of the ink cartridge is full of ink, and there is basically no ink with air bubbles flowing out of the ink outlet nozzle of the ink cartridge, you can unplug and remove all the syringes, and the exhaust and ink filling are completed.
Step 5: You can put the ink cartridge back in the printer, remember to lock the pipeline first, if the ink bottle is not locked, use a clip to clamp the pipeline, then put the ink cartridge back into the printer, and then release it pipe clamps. In this way, it can be avoided that when the continuous supply is moved, the ink cartridge fluctuates up and down, resulting in the unbalance of the air intake and internal pressure of the continuous supply again.
Tips: If the pipeline is white again shortly after the exhaust and ink filling is completed, it means that there is air leakage in the continuous supply. Please find out the cause of the air leakage and then re-exhaust and re-fill the ink.
