1. Normal startup

(3) Press the “decompression” handle, and pull the start rope 7~10 times to ensure lubrication of all parts and remove exhaust gas in the cylinder.
(4) Put the throttle handle in the middle and large positions, pull the start rope 1~2 times, and hear the obvious “pop, pop” sound of fuel injection from the fuel injector.
(5) Put back the “decompression” handle, tighten the starting rope 2 to 3 times, then press the “decompression” handle, yank the starting rope, and it will normally start normally.
If it cannot be started, repeat the above operation 1~2 times to start.
2. Special start
In winter, if it can’t be started by the above method, you can use “boiled water” to pour down the valve cover of the mini-cultivator , make the engine warm up, and then press the above method to start.
Second, what’s the matter with the black smoke when the micro cultivator starts up?
It is normal for the micro cultivator to emit black smoke when it is started, because the spray at the time of startup There is a lot of oil, and there is very little gas entering. Therefore, if there is more oil and less gas, and the oil cannot be burned, it will easily produce carbon deposits, and the carbon deposits are also black, so black smoke is emitted externally. The specific reasons are mainly reflected in the following: Aspects:
1. Blockage of air filter: cause insufficient air supply and affect combustion efficiency.
2. Poor oil quality and carbon deposits: The fuel quality is poor, and carbon deposits are produced after combustion, resulting in poor fuel supply.
3. Insufficient compression force: the valve, piston ring and cylinder liner are worn, and the pressure and temperature cannot meet the requirements.
