Working Principle of Bag Dust Collector
After the dust-laden gas enters from the upper air inlet of the ash hopper, under the action of the wind deflector, the airflow wind plate flows upward, the flow rate decreases, and part of the large particle dust is separated and falls into the ash hopper due to the action of inertial force. The dust-containing gas enters the middle box and passes through the filter bag; the dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag mouth and is discharged by the air outlet. As the dust on the surface of the filter bag continues to increase, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the dust collector also increases.
When the resistance of the precipitator reaches the set value, the control system sends out a cleaning command, and the cleaning system starts to work. First, the solenoid valve is opened immediately after receiving the signal, so that the compressed air in the upper air chamber of the small diaphragm is exhausted. Due to the change of the force on both ends of the small diaphragm, the exhaust channel closed by the small diaphragm is opened, and the upper part of the large diaphragm is opened. The compressed air in the air chamber is exhausted from this channel, and the force on both ends of the grinding disc changes, so that the large diaphragm moves to close the output port and open, and the compressed air in the air bag enters the bag mouth through the output pipe and the blowing pipe to achieve dust removal. When the control signal stops, the solenoid valve is closed, the small diaphragm and the large diaphragm are reset one after another, and the blowing stops.
In this filtering process, the working principle of the bag filter consists of three aspects, one is the filtering principle, the other is the cleaning principle and the final dust cleaning, they are:
Filtering principle of bag filter
The dust-laden gas enters from the air inlet, and when passing through the ash hopper, some large particles of dust in the gas are separated by inertial force and gravity , falls directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. The dust-laden gas enters the filter bag filter area of the middle box after passing through the ash hopper. The gas passes through the filter bag, and the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag. discharge.
Bag Dust CollectorCleaning Principle
With the prolongation of filtration time, the dust layer on the filter bag keeps accumulating , the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the resistance of the equipment rises to the set value, the cleaning device starts to clean the dust. First, a sub-chamber lift valve is closed to cut off the filtered air flow, then the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened, and the compressed air rapidly expands in the upper box in a very short time, pouring into the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand and deform to generate vibration, and in the reverse air flow Under the action of scouring, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is peeled off and falls into the ash hopper. After the cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, the poppet valve is opened, and the chamber returns to the filtering state. The cleaning of each chamber is carried out in sequence, and a cleaning cycle starts from the cleaning of the first chamber to the beginning of the next cleaning.
Bag Dust CollectorDust Collection
Dust trapped by filtration and cleaning work falls into the ash hopper, where it is collected again. It is discharged centrally by the ash unloading device at the mouth of the ash hopper.
It is very important to control the speed of the flue gas passing through the filter material (called the filtration speed) during the operation of the bag filter. Generally, the filtration speed is 0.5-2m/min. For particles larger than 0.1μm, the efficiency can reach more than 99%, and the equipment resistance loss is about 980-I470Pa.
What are the bag filter accessories
Filter bag accessories Filter bag accessories can be divided into two categories: one is directly sewn on the filter bag , and the filter bag form an inseparable whole, such as the elastic ring of the outer filter bag, the anti-slump ring of the inner filter bag, etc., which are called sewing accessories;
The other type is the installation of the filter bag And the indispensable accessories in use, such as the filter bag frame for the outer filter round bag, the bag cap for the inner filter round bag, the clamp and the hanging device, etc., are called installation accessories.
How to install the bag filter accessories
First check the foundation of the site, clean it as usual, level it, and lay out the line.
Place the pillar in place, and use the drag rope to temporarily align and fix it.
Because the ash hopper of the bag filter is shipped in bulk, the ash hopper should be assembled first, hoisted to the pillar, aligned and fixed, and the accessories of the ash hopper should be installed.
To hoist the box bag room and the air outlet pipe, first install the lower box body, and then install the upper box body and the air outlet pipe.
Install platforms, railings and ladders. Install the middle platform first, then install the upper platform and rails
, and finally install the ladder (the ladder can be on either side according to the site conditions)
Install the pulse valve air circuit of the dust collector, the air cylinder air road.
Install the filter bag and bag cage of the pulse bag filter (when the equipment is shipped, the bag cage is pre-loaded into the bag room, and it is taken out during installation, and then arranged for installation)
