Install the main keel, insert the hanging piece into the boom bolt, tighten the nut, connect the main keel, and install the connecting piece.
Install the secondary keel and hang the secondary keel on the main keel through the triangular pendant.

Installation
Install six screws in the brick holes on the ceiling, screw them into the expansion pipe screws, and tap the connection between the expansion screws and the screws into the drilled holes.
Install the keel, clip the main keel on the hanger, put the triangle hanger into the triangle keel, and clamp the triangle hanger on the main keel.
Installing the gusset plate Insert the connector into the triangular keel, install the gusset plate, clamp the gusset plate in the triangle keel, and control the gap of the gusset plate.
Install the electrical appliance Put the box with the circlip on the keel, connect the junction box according to the wiring label, and check whether the gusset plate is flat.
Refurbishment of aluminum gusset ceiling
The corner line is installed, punched and nailed into the wooden wedge, cut both ends of the corner line into half of the corner, and fasten the corner line with screws.
Installation of the roof screw expansion sleeve, measure out the drilling installation point, insert the screw rod into the hole, tighten the nut, and fix the screw rod and the three-eighth keel firmly.

Removal

Installation

When installing the base keel, the base keel should be connected to the hanger with a hanging piece, and the screws should be tightened firmly.

Remove the self-tapping screws, remove the gypsum board, and take out the keels in sequence.
Installation
Bounce the level line Use a spirit level to copy out the level point, pop up the level line, pop up the position of the main keel, and mark the fixed point of the boom.
Fix holes on the top plate for fixing the hanging rod, install the expansion bolts, and carry out anti-rust treatment.
Install the side joists with self-tapping screws to fix the L-shaped galvanized light steel bars on the pre-buried wooden bricks.
Install the main keel parallel to the long direction of the space, pay attention to the arching during installation.
Install the secondary keel close to the main keel, fix the secondary keel on the main keel, and place both ends on the horizontal flange of the side keel.
Completely correct the keel frame to ensure that the structural position and levelness of the primary and secondary keels are qualified and correct, and then tighten the hanging pieces and connecting pieces.
