Introduction to the use of microwave ovens
A: Please read the “User’s Manual” carefully before use.
B: Household microwave ovens are designed for home heating and cooking of food and are therefore not suitable for other commercial purposes.
C: Before using the microwave oven, the user should check whether the utensils used are suitable for the microwave oven.
⑴ Do not use metal mesh racks and other metal utensils during microwave cooking, and should not use utensils with gold and silver edges. Utensils such as ceramics, heat-resistant glass, and heat-resistant plastics are usually used in microwave ovens.
⑵ When using light wave microwave combination cooking, do not place aluminum or other metal containers on the metal grid. The metal mesh frame should not be close to the inner wall of the furnace cavity to prevent sparks.
⑶ When using cling wrap to cover food for cooking, please fold a corner of the cling wrap to allow steam to escape. Carefully remove the wrap after cooking to avoid steam burns.
D: Before cooking, put the turntable support and the glass turntable, and then put the food utensils on the glass turntable for cooking.
E: When cooking a small amount of food, pay more attention to prevent overheating and fire. Do not store any food in the microwave.
F: When food is heated or cooked in simple containers made of plastic, paper or other combustible materials, care should be taken at all times to prevent fires.
G: Heat-resistant gloves should be used when removing food and utensils from the microwave to avoid hot hands.
H: When using barbecue and light wave cooking, the temperature in the oven is very high, so when turning the food, you should wear heat-insulating fire gloves, and do not touch the inner upper plate.
I: To prevent the glass turntable from being damaged, please observe the following:
⑴ After cooking the food, the turntable should be cooled before cleaning.
⑵ Do not place cold food or cold utensils on a hot turntable.
⑶ The maximum load weight of the turntable cannot exceed 5 kg.
J: If the oven door, door seal, hinge, casing, etc. are damaged due to collision or drop, please do not continue to use it. It must be repaired by professional maintenance personnel before use.
K: When cooking food in a microwave oven, pay attention to:
⑴ Do not cook eggs with shells, the pressure will make the eggs burst. The egg should be broken first, and the yolk and white should be pierced with a toothpick several times.
⑵ Cooked dumplings, poached eggs, etc., if they are taken out immediately, the internal liquid may be boiled and exploded, which may cause splashing and injury to the human body. After opening the oven door, let it sit for a while before taking out the food.
⑶ Do not set the time too long when cooking food, because the cooking time can be continued if the cooking time is insufficient, and it cannot be remedied if the cooking time is too long.
⑷ The cooking recipe provides the approximate cooking time. The factors that affect the cooking time are: the cooking degree according to personal preference, the initial temperature, shape and size of the food, the amount of the food, and the shape and size of the utensils used. And the arrangement, covering, stirring, etc. of food. When cooking, please refer to the “Microwave Cooking Tips” in the recipe, and then adjust the cooking time according to the above factors.
⑸ For foods with no holes on the surface (such as eggs, chestnuts, potatoes, sausages, etc.), please peel or make a crack in the outer skin or fork a few small holes, otherwise it will expand due to heat and may burst .
⑹ Generally, microwave ovens cannot be used to fry food, unless special microwave frying dishes of reliable quality are used.
⑺ When cooking with light waves and barbecue, do not cover the food, because the food needs to directly absorb the heat energy of light waves and barbecue.
L: When the microwave oven is out of use, the oven door should be slightly opened to allow the water vapor in the oven cavity to fully dissipate, which is conducive to the maintenance of the cavity.
