Type of blower
1. Positive pressure blower
It is mainly used to supply air to the evacuation channel to maintain the positive pressure between it and the adjacent area, and prevent the intrusion of flue gas from affecting evacuation.
2. Supplementary air blower
It is mainly used in the smoke-proof area where the natural supplementary air is insufficient in the large underground garage, so as to ensure that the smoke should be exhausted when the smoke is exhausted. Supplement the air in the partition to avoid the reduction of smoke exhaust effect due to insufficient air supply.
Function of blower
1. The hot air required for combustion is sent to the furnace through the air preheater.
2. Provide hot air for drying and conveying pulverized coal to the pulverizing system through the primary fan and air preheater.
3. The air conveyed by the blower is the heated hot air from the outlet of the air preheater, which is conveyed to the furnace for the second time, so it is also called the secondary fan.
The role of the exhaust fan
1. The exhaust fan
It is mainly used to remove harmful gases in the room or space where harmful gases occur, and maintain the negative pressure inside, so as to prevent the harmful gases from diffusing and polluting other rooms or spaces. Harmful gases generally refer to gases that have an impact on the air environment of the entire building, such as dirty air in toilets, moisture in boiling water, smoke in smoking rooms, oil fume in kitchens, car exhaust in garages, etc.
2. Smoke exhaust fan
It is mainly used to remove the smoke in the fire area in the early stage of the fire, to prevent the fire from spreading to other areas with the spread of the smoke, and to ensure the evacuation of internal personnel .
Similarities and differences between supply fans and exhaust fans
1. The two are definitely different fans, and it is impossible to use both;
2. There are only two types of air supply fans in the fire protection system, one is a positive pressure air supply fan, and the other is a smoke exhaust and supplementary fan, both of which are used to introduce external air into the building;
3. Only in the large underground garage The fire supplementary fan can also be used as a blower when the garage is running at full load.
