2. The filter plate is warped or damaged
Under normal circumstances, when the filter plate is pressed, each plate fits together, but , If the mud blocks on the edge of the filter plate are not removed cleanly when the mud is unloaded, it will cause the filter plate to lift up when it is pressed, and it will cause damage to the filter press if it is used for a long time. Moreover, if the filter plate is tilted up, it is also prone to spraying during pressing.
3. Filter press filter cloth
Filter press filter cloth cleaning: filter press generally has its own cleaning device for a cycle of operation There will be a cleaning device for cleaning to prevent the filter residue from adhering to the surface of the filter cloth; if there is a working condition that is difficult to clean, it is recommended to use the traditional washing method: the filter cloth can be removed from the equipment and soaked in water, and then used to clean Wipe the filter cloth repeatedly; in acid operations, soak the filter cloth in a weak acid or neutral solution and wipe it repeatedly.
The filter cloth of the filter press is damaged: ①The quality of the filter cloth itself is the reason. When the filter cloth is filtered on the machine, it will be stretched by the filter press. If the product quality of the filter cloth of the filter press is not high enough, the excessive stretching may cause the filter cloth of the filter press to be damaged or even broken. ②The filter residue is worn or split. Broken or sharp filter residues during the filtration process may cause damage to the filter cloth.
