Safety installation and site requirements for outdoor fitness equipment
In order to ensure the safe use of sports equipment such as horizontal bars, parallel bars, ladders, uneven bars, swings, etc. Equipment – General requirements for the safety of outdoor fitness equipment” GB192722003 requirements to do. The following is an excerpt of the relevant installation and site requirements in the national standard:
1. The ground installation of equipment and its buried structure shall meet the following requirements (except for equipment with a larger ground frame base) :
1. The equipment column buried in the ground should be firmly connected to the lateral support or support plate;
2. The soil quality of the equipment should be installed within 800mm depth from the surface. The geological structure of Class II general hard soil with a tightening factor of not less than 0.7 and above non-porous and non-sand loam soils; otherwise, the soil should be treated equivalently before equipment can be installed;
Note: Class II general hard soil with a tightening factor of not less than 0.7 can be determined by the difficulty of excavating with a shovel and a few with a pickaxe. The soil that needs to be excavated with a shovel and a few excavated with a pickaxe can be regarded as Class II general hard soil with a tightening factor of not less than 0.7.
3. The depth of the equipment column buried underground: when the height of the equipment above the ground is 2000mm, it should not be less than 500mm; when the height of the equipment above the ground is 1000mm and 2000mm, it should not be less than 400mm; When the height is 1000mm, it should not be less than 300mm; there should be a concrete support layer with a thickness of not less than 100mm below the bottom of the equipment column; 400mm*400mm, and the concrete foundation should not be disposed in the shape of the upper big and the lower small;
5. The strength of the concrete used for the foundation of the pouring equipment should not be lower than C20, and before the foundation is completely solidified, There should be a special person to supervise;
6. After the outdoor fitness equipment is installed, each supporting column and main body should be perpendicular to the installation ground, and the verticality tolerance should not be greater than 1/100;
7 . The ground within 0.5m from the outer edge of the equipment foundation should be hardened, such as concrete hardening, masonry paving after rammed soil, etc. The hardened surface of the equipment foundation and its surroundings should not be higher than the ground around the installation equipment.
2. The installation site and surrounding environment of outdoor fitness equipment should meet the following requirements:
1. The horizontal distance between outdoor fitness equipment and overhead high and low voltage wires should not be less than 3m;
2. The horizontal distance between outdoor fitness equipment and the edge of underground pipes and underground lines should not be less than 2m, and the horizontal distance from various office buildings, residential buildings and various building management offices should not be less than 5m;
3. For places where equipment is to be used at night, within 2m from the edge of the equipment, the illuminance should not be less than 15lx;
4. Outdoor fitness equipment should be kept away from flammable, explosive and toxic , Harmful items, the venue fitness should comply with the relevant national safety regulations.
3. Horizontal bars, parallel bars, ladders, swings and other equipment that bounces up and down or may fall from the air should be played on a soft or elastically cushioned ground, such as sandy soil layers, rubber floors, etc. . If it is a rubber floor, the structural thickness of the floor should not be less than 25mm; if it is a sand pit, the thickness of the sand layer should not be less than 200 mm, and there should be a boss enclosure of appropriate height around the sand pit. , The sharp corners should be set to rounded corners with a radius of not less than 10mm.
4. The distance between the sports station and the edge of the human motion range of the sports station should not be less than 1m.
5. The design and installation of the equipment should ensure stability, reliability and verticality, and there should be no loosening and shaking of the basic parts and supporting parts.
